This is an interesting product. It is like a small tens machine. The strap is comfortable but best worn quite tight to get the right effect whilst relaxing. For getting to sleep or getting back to sleep I use it on a setting of 4 or 5, it auto turns off after a while. For fun and games with the kids and wife, set it on 20 and zap them - it is really quite powerful! I don't use the excited mode which is basically the same as sleep but a faster rhythm.
Battery life is good so far and I have only charged it once.

I saw some ads of it and at first I wasn't sure that this will work, but I decided to give it a shot and now I can't live without it! I can finally live stress-free, whenever I feel anxious and stressful I just turn on this device for 8-10 minutes and feel instant relief. TRULY A LIFE SAVER
